Deadlines and Diets

Hello everyone and welcome back to my blog! This is my first Monday post all about my diet, basically I am hoping this will keep me motivated and I end up achieving the results I want. I don't really get much time to be able to go to the gym but my job is really physical and sometimes it is more then a gym workout! When I do get the time or energy I like to go on the treadmill for a hour and do a five mile power walk. I then like to workout with either Charlotte Crosby or Vicky Pattison's Fitness DVD.

I have a little notebook book where I write down all my blog ideas and this was one of the main topics I wanted to include. I want to make it really clear that these posts are not about making myself skinny but healthier and more confident in my own skin. I've decided that every Monday I will update my blog with my weight loss progress. I want to share my story to help and motivate others to feel better about themselves! So far since I started in February I have lost Two stone.


I have always had issues with my weight and I am most certainly not a skinny minnie. I have to put in a lot of hard work and determination. It is so hard when you try your absolute best yet you don't even loose a pound but the chances are you have lost inches so just keep going! I promise you will get there!

Two years ago I managed to loose 4 stone and went from a size 16 to a size 6 in less then a year. Trust me you suddenly find people treat you differently and suddenly want to know you, what sort of society do we live in? Then of course you get the jealous type who will make up the most ridiculous rumours "she's anorexic" "she has to be on drugs" etc! Not the fact I had worked bloody hard! After a lot of stupidity and listening to the rumours the weight slowly crept back on, not that I am as big as I was back then but it is something I am going to make sure doesn't happen this time!

At the moment I am 11 stone 7lbs and my ideal weight would be 9st so I have got a long way to go but I know I can achieve it with a little bit of hard work! Im using celebrity slim shakes at the moment which you can purchase from Boots or Asda. I have one for Breakfast and Lunch then I eat healthy dinner at night usually chicken and vegetables or a Weight Watchers meal. Thank you for reading my post!
