Clarins Bronzing Compact

Hello everybody!! As we are basically on the verge of summer now I thought today would be the perfect opportunity to review the Clarins Bronzing compact. I love topping up my tan in the summer with a bronzer to add more colour to my face and especially if I have a spray tan to even out the patches!

I've been looking for ages for a new bronzer that was strongly pigmented and long lasting yet not to orangey. I heard about Clarins Bronzing Compact from Kimberley Walsh on This Morning and was desperate to try it.

Lucky enough my Mum bought me the compact when we went out shopping! How lucky am i?! The bronzer was £27.00 and for the size of the bronzer I didn't think the price was to bad, plus I got 10% off in the Debenhams Blue cross sale. Its always best to hold off buying products until events like these as you end up saving so much money which means you can buy even more lol! The packaging is the simple Clarins red. The compact is a brown shell looking colour and is pretty big. The packaging states some big claims for example 'lightweight', 'natural looking' and 'sun kissed'.

After using the product for a while now I can honestly say it lives up to all of the above statements, I absolutely love it. It gives you a really nice natural tanned glow and is perfect for contouring. I have really pale skin, I am talking casper pale, so any strong bronzer doesn't suit me, I just look like a oompa loompa. The compact comes in four different shades in one going from barely bronzed to a deep sun kissed look. The point is the more tanned you get the darker shade of bronzer you can use and it works perfectly. I really recommend this product and it is by far one of the best bronzers I have used. If you have tried this Bronzer let me know what you think in the comments below! Thank you for reading and I hope you found it useful!

Love Sophie xx
